Q1 2019 Sales Force Automation Shortlist by Constellation Research

X2Engine and X2CRM recently received a very “stellar” award! X2CRM has been named to the Constellation ShortList™ for Sales Force Automation for Q1 2019.

R “Ray” Wang, chairman and founder at Constellation Research says, “The Post-Digital era has arrived. In a world of winner-takes-all markets, digital leaders seek clarity on what exponential technologies will support their new business models. This Constellation ShortList filters the signal from the noise and highlights the key technologies our analysts recommend to our clients.”

This particular ShortList highlights solutions that extend beyond core SFA competencies (lead, contact, opportunity tracking) to scalability, product vision and solutions.

David Buchanan, X2Engine CEO says, “It is such an honor to be acknowledged alongside industry heavyweights. We feel this award recognizes the cutting-edge services and solutions provided by X2CRM.”

The ShortList announcement placed the spotlight on X2CRM by saying, “A challenge (for SFA solutions) has been disjointed data flows and inconsistencies between SFA and other major systems including marketing automation and customer service. Some vendors are building integrated systems across all three areas from the ground up. That’s the main reason X2CRM has been added this update. X2CRM offers an integrated suite that’s designed to provide a consistent customer view across all departments.

Thank you Constellation Research for recognizing our efforts in this area. This solidarity has been our intention since the first designs of this platform.
